For almost 40 years we have worked with customers to assist them in reducing their costs. If you are using a standard diameter and would like to save costs by experimenting or reducing sizes, we can help.

 

Since steel is sold by weight, a small reduction in diameter can result in substantial savings. For example, if you are using a standard 3/8” diameter wire or bar,  you could achieve a 5% reduction in material cost by using .365” diameter in its place. By reducing diameter to .355” you will realize a 10% cost saving. We are able to readily produce any diameter that may suit your needs.
